What you need to know

What is the booking process?
The booking process may seem daunting, but it's actually quite an easy one. First, inquire by filling out the contact form or by giving me a call at (513) 204-9887. Second, when you inquire, share your preferred session date or wedding date so I can check my availability! Third, for sessions, we will discuss via email or phone your session details. For weddings, if you inquired through a message, we’ll set up a time for a meeting either in person or via phone and discuss your wedding day. Fourth, if we’re a great match, we’ll move forward, and I’ll send you a proposal via email that will include the outlined services you’ll be receiving, the contract, and the payment portal. Fifth, a signed contract and a 50% nonrefundable retainer are required to book. From there, you’re all set!

What can I expect at my session or during my wedding?
You can expect a calm, flexible, yet calculated approach. I want you to be yourself and feel as comfortable as possible in front of the camera. I'll be there to direct you when necessary and step back when the authentic moments are happening. Overall, I am 100% there for you during your session or wedding.

Can I extend my session time?
Absolutely! You are welcome to extend your session or wedding coverage if it appears that we won't have enough time. However, this does not apply to studio sessions since the time must be reserved ahead of time.

How would you describe your photography style?
I have two approaches. The first is a photojournalistic approach. I want to capture your moments as they unfold naturally and organically. So when you look at these photographs in the years to come, the feelings of that moment come rushing to you. Second, I have an editorial approach. I want you to have photographs that look straight out of a magazine. You deserve the best of both worlds! A combination of intentional, curated photos and ones where you did not even realize I was in the room.

Do you have a studio?
There are a variety of studios around the Cincinnati area that I love to use, but I currently do not have my own studio. So if you're booking a studio session, I will send over a few suggestions, and we'll pick one that you love!

How long until I get my photos?
Galleries are delivered within 4 weeks of your session. Wedding galleries are delivered within 10 weeks.
